Dispensers, updated options screen, and missing files - r267

About to start work on some new mobs but first a minor update mainly for dispensers.
  • Adds in the updated lang and images for Bomb Arrows.
  • Dispensers work now with infinite items, can't be opened unless in debug mode, and can shoot bomb arrows.
  • Auto far clip can be disabled in the options.
  • Torch updates are reduced if the framerate goes does down.

    Hmmm, I can open dispensers outside of debug mode without a problem. Ehwot?

    Yep, was missing the dispenser file from the obfuscation file.
