Cubic Interpolation

Whipped together cubic interpolation real quick this morning before I'm off to work.

  1. Simply wonderful =P. I assume that by cubic interpolation, you mean that the camera system uses a series of set coordinates so that when running, the cutscene camera itself simply moves between those points automatically?

  2. Oh man, at first I was slightly worried you might be getting a bit too ambitious, but the next day, here you were, with a video of it already. And now I'm assuming that whatever this is, it's to make the camera movements smoother? Either way, looks great, and I can't wait til you release it. I'm working on a large adventure map similar to Agicraft but with a more linear story, rather than just picking a place and going there.

  3. I basically set several points with a time at which it should reach that point then cubic interpolation makes moving between the points smooth.

  4. This looks sweet. Can't wait to implement it. I have a question and a request. Question: Is there any way to remove hearts when you accidentally spawn 15 heart pieces instead of hearts :) Request: Is there anyway to change the direction of gravity to make a water source expand sideways (or something similar)? I would love to be able to make rivers with a current without having to drop down every eight blocks.

  5. Do /health and that will restore you to only 3 heart containers.
And nope on the water and not sure how really to implement that with the current fluids are setup.
